New Partnership Agreement Signed in Jordan On October 18th 2004, a Partnership Agreement was signed in Jordan between the Ministry of Agriculture and CARE Jordan. The agreement that was signed by Dr. Hazem Al-Naser, Minister of Agriculture, Water and Irrigation, and Liam McGuire, Country Director of CARE Jordan, shall be implemented in Balqa Governorate throughout the period of four years ending in 2007.
