Day 1 panel discussion with 7 panel members,answered questions from the audience and debated – from their different perspectives – the issues raised by the keynote speakers and the implications of the recommendations for policy and practice on local water governance as presented in the earlier session.
Case-study Presentations Forum Participants More than 200 policy makers and water experts participated at the Forum from about 17 countries, and representing the Government, national and international NGOs, Donors and Civil Society.
